Blocking an international number

I am subscribed to Smart Family and am having difficulty blocking a specific international number. I have tried inputting it several ways and still, their calls and texts are coming through. Is there something specific I need to do differently for international numbers?

It is important that you are able to block all numbers that you need, MIRALEEW87. What make and model of device are you using? Do you need to call other international numbers with your device? Do you know the person who is trying to call you?
