After 2 visits to the Verizon store and many chats with Verizon Customer Service, I am no closer to resolving call failures in my home. It is ridiculous that I cannot rely on Verizon to permit calls from within my home. What if there must be an emergency call? Yesterday, I was refused an elevation to a supervisor and told nothing more could be done. They keep trying to sell me a new plan. I already support 6 phones and cannot absorb anymore increases. I’ve been a customer for 20+ years and receiving zero support.
