Calls from outside the U.S.

I am wondering if VZW charges to RECEIVE calls from England where I'm in the U.S.?

There is no additional charges for receiving international calls. It would only cost the usual minutes of voice time. If you have unlimited voice minutes, then there is no impact at all.
