When I first switch to Verizon and set up my Android phone and iPad I was able to receive calls on the iPad. Here it is 2022, text incoming and outgoing work. Phone calls outgoing work. But I have not been able to receive an incoming phone call since sometime in 2019 shortly after I signed up.
I have a 2021 version of the iPad Pro with cellular. I have signed up for Messages plus and enabled E911 with my phone number and home address. Still does not work for incoming calls.
The last thing I wanna do is call tech-support but that may be my only option
