Can you view your text messages online?

Someone told me you can view your text messages online by going to your verizon account. I haven't figured out how to do this....Is this possible?? So far I am only able to see the phone numbers but no messages....Can someone help me out here? Thank you in advance

Thankfully no. It would be weird if someone could read your entire conversation.

I agree it would be wierd and I can understand why you can't but I swear someone told me they were able to access the messages online....I think it would be a great parental tool for 18 and under....My kids delete things all the time....what are they deleting?????  I am considering to cancel all text messaging just because I think it is unsafe....deleting is like hiding something.....Hmmmmm

I delete my texts all the time and its because the phones don't hold that many texts. I don't think they are really trying to hide things from you. Kids just need there privacy. The reason you can't view what the messages say online is because its illegal. Sort of like opening someone else's mail. You can only get access to these messages through subpoena. But i don't really think its that big of an issue. Just keep in mind, when deciding what you are going to do, would you want someone viewing what you were saying?
