I have the time restriction set on the smart family app and have restarted my daughters phone, but it’s still letting her FaceTime after hours. Any ideas? Thanks!

As a fellow parent I would also be concerned if my kid were using theirs phones after hours since I also manage their usage with the Smart Family app. Allow us to gather more information to be on the same page. Is your daughter on Wi-Fi when she is using the FaceTime app? Just to be sure, did you install the Smart Family Companion app on your daughter's phone?

She could be on Wifi. Also, she does have the app installed.
I am having the same issue with my daughter's phone. She can also access imessage.
