I have 2 plans (one is that they just upgraded and said it would be complimentary but i am paying for it now for some reason) that qualify for the Disney/Hulu/ESPN bundle but when I press learn more, it says ineligible then goes to an error screen. Been in store 3 times and online chat at least 4-6 times for a total of at least 8 hours. They all say that there is a ticket and it will get fixed. Blamed it on Disney then Disney said it was Verizon. The clue in my mind is that it says ineligible before it goes to error. I wonder if it wasn't set up right from the get go.
