Do I still have to pay the daily access fee?

I have the prepaid plus plan. I pay $1.99 every day my phone is used. If I don't make a call, and I only text message in one day, do they still take off $1.99?

Yep. Usage is usage, whether text or call. You'll also be charged if someone sends you a text, so if you don't want to be charged, turn your phone off when not using it.

You will only pay for the price of the text which is 5 cents to send and 5 cents to receive. You only pay the $1.99 when you make or receive a phone call. If you text alot you can get a package plan.
