I bought an e gift card for Sephora for someone, but every time I send it, it only sends a blank text to her phone. Who do I contact about this? Sephora or Verizon?
Hard to say. How are you sending it? Is it something you're trying to forward, or are you just clicking a link in an app or on a web page that's supposed to send the card?
it could be trying to send the card as a multimedia text. Are you able to text photos to the person?
I bought it through the Message + app and sent it to her via text. Haven't ever tried texting photos to her. Is it a setting on her phone?

I love surprising people with e-gift cards too. I'm sorry you're having issues with the gift card you purchased, and I'd love to help. However, if the money has been taken from your account, but the recipient doesn't receive it, this would be something you would want to speak with the merchant about. I have a similar problem. I bought a gift card through message +. I got a text message with a picture of the gift card but it got deleted. Verizon also told me to contact the merchant. The merchant could not help me. Verizon uses a third party to sell gift cards. To date I have never gotten an answer from Verizon on how to get my gift card.

The only response I got was to let you know how to reach me and I responded to that. Thank you.
I also contacted the company, Blackhawk, that Verizon uses as a third party vendor. They cannot help me, Verizon cannot help me, and the gift card merchant cannot help me. I appreciate the response, however, I have already spoken to eight people from Verizon. Spent over six hours just trying to be able to use the gift card! It is on my Verizon statement! It was billed to my account and nobody can help me?
