Family Base number blocking issue

I have set up numbers to block on my daughters HTC one phone through my family base but it is not blocking the number. Can you help?

phol I'd be happy to look into this for you. When you say it is not blocking the number, are calls going to & from that number to her phone? Texts also? Or are they using a 3rd party application to be in contact with one another?
