I just received an email saying that the family base app will no longer allow me to lock my child's phone or see the new apps installed. I must say I loved these 2 features and am very disappointed that those options are being removed. I wish someone would reconsider this.....
Me too. I will be discontinuing this service. Sounded like from the email they will not be fixing.
I may discontinue using this as well. Being able to lock my son's phone and seeing what apps he is downloading is very important. Samsung and Verizon should be able to come to some type of agreement. I'm not sure this service is worth the monthly fee, without the companion app.
I will be canceling this service also. Those 2 features were the reason I signed up in the first place.
