Feedback

I recently download the messages app. I am finding as I walk thru the settings that the app shuts down if you try to send a scheduled text.

When you try to send feedback it asks for an email address. How can you get feedback on problems if it doessn't know who to go to? I have nothing that shows where to submit

I apologize I didn't provide this information. iPhone 7plus & iPad Pro 9.7 both with IOS 10.2.1
