Flip phone

when my daughter calls voicemail on her flip phone it dials her friends number instead. I checked the number listed as voicemail number and it is listed as my daughter's number. I dialed her from my phone and her flip phone rang but after a certain amount of rings, it went to her friend's number. It's really crazy. It's like her calls are being forwarded to get friend. How do I fix this?

Baldwin, there is nothing like trying to keep up with teenage daughters. I have some experience there myself. This is a perfect example of call forwarding, what you can do is dial *73 from her flip phone and it will cancel the call forwarding. This quick step should clear up this case of the hiccups in no time. Let us know if you need any more assistance we are here for you.
