MLForstner, I understand the hassle it can be monitoring our children's activity for safety. Family Base should still work like normal if a device management file is set. This is not a normal iPhone setting unless you have an developer profile set up. You should be able to go to Settings> General Profile and delete the profile. Once this is done the device management file usually erases. Does this help?
