I Thought Unlimited Texting Meant UNLIMITED!!!

I have the ENV2 set up as a Prepaid/Pay-as-you-Go Phone, and selected the plan where calls, texts, etc. are $0.25 each. HOWEVER, I also signed up for the $20.00 a month fee to have unlimited texting.

Texting words from phone to phone is fine, but when I send or receive pictures, audio, etc. I am charged $0.25!!! I sent Verizon an email more than 24 hours ago asking them what was going on, and have not received an answer, was wondering if anyone knew what is going on.

unless i am mistaken, picture and video messaging is not included in the free texting. i believe that you have to specify that u want free picture and video as well

ok to clarify, if you are on the prepaid basic plan it is 25cents per min to talk to vzw or nonvzw, then txt rate is 20cents per txt sent&recv, picture messages is 25cents per pix sent & recv.

if you hav the $20 unlimited txt message bundle, it does include, txt, pix, flix messages.Bundle doesnt include any international txt messages or any premium txt messages either or any messages associated w a prem txt message.

So i guess my question to you is are the messages prem messages or has your bundle expired, you should call your csr to check bc back by calling it is always free to dial *611 from any vzw phn.
