I submitted my problem with changing rintones on Android market review....still does not work. The change is made with ringtone, but it is silent when messages come in. Turbo 2

I cannot change it as much as I've tried. All the forums tell me to go to the conversation and go to 3 dots. All changes. No sound....SILENT, no ringtones EVER

Let's put a ring on that phone. When did the trouble with the ring notification begin? Does is only occur with the Verizon Messages app? Keep us posted so that we may assist further.
