I blocked someone and now I keep getting a message saying "Recipient has insufficient funds to receive message." From me to me? How is that possible and why?
This same exact thing happened to me. Blocked someone through myverizon last night and received three insufficient funds messages from my own phone number this morning.
We are concerned to hear that you are recieveing this message. This is definitely not the experience that we want for you to have, and we will be glad to look into the issue to get it corrected. By any chance are you able to text other numbers without having issues? Have you tried to restart your device to see if the issue continues? DavidR_VZW
