Iphone Message +

When I try to register to Message + on Iphone X I get a message "Not able to generate pin."

Any ideas how to solve it.

A133, we understand the need for our Message+ feature, and want to make sure you can use it with all your Smart devices. If you still require assistance, please let us know. To continue troubleshooting, please try deleting and redownloading the Message+ application. Once downloaded, let us know if you still receive the PIN message when attempting to register.

I uninstalled and re-installed the apps but it does not help/

Thank you for keeping us posted, A133. Making sure you have access to the Message+ feature is very important. To clarify, does the Message+ application have any pending updates? Is your iPhone X up to date as well?
