I can’t sign into my Verizon account. When I try to type my zip in it says Looks like the information you entered doesn't match with our records.

I am having the same issue. Did you ever find a solution? I can't log in and I can't see my bill without logging in. I've been in the same zipcode for a decade and it is the zip of the house that receives the service.
I get the same message every time I try to log in. And I too live in the same place for over 9 years. And the bill comes to my address. Doesn't make sense. And I HAVE gone to a Verizon store where they have verified my password and zip. Wonder why it says what it does.
