We have MORE Everything plan and when my wife tries to text me from outside of our home area it says there will be a charge
Is it no charge roaming while on the Verizon nationwide network (to include service partners) or no charge at all roaming?
It is no charge while in any US state, Peurto Rico, and Canada.
OP might have a legit complaint then.
