Since the recent update, my Moto Z3 Message+ program stinks. I cannot attach and send a new photo taken with the Camera option within the App, only one plucked from the Gallery, and it keeps crashing when I try....
I have a Samsung S10 with a similar problem. The app crashes if I try to take a photo or select a photo from within the Gallery. I can attach a photo it is available on the top bar above the Gallery /Places/eGifts buttons.
Thank you so much for providing that information JSI13. We know how important it is to be able to use all the features on your phone, and we want to help get this resolved for you. Has this always occurred with this phone or did it start after a recent update?
