Message+ over Wi-Fi/International

I am using Message  on Galaxy Tab 4 and have a text messaging plan with Verizon and have been using it over Wi-Fi (device is not data capable).  If I use Message  in Mexico over Wi-Fi, will I be charged international text message rates?

I hope you are having a good time Mexico! This is great question to ask since we all know long distance charges are not fun. With Verizon Messages you are able to send or receive messages over WiFi at no cost to you. Let us know if you have any further questions about international usage.
