Message+ won't send messages to my cell phone

I can send messages from my mobile to other people, but when they respond, their texts are all going to my laptop and "my messages" on the Verizon website, and not syncing between devices. Integrated messaging is enabled. I've done a soft reset of my phone (LG G6). I cleared my app cache. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Turned airplane mode off and on. Checked my network connection. I can't figure out why I'm not getting texts to my phone. Help!
