Okay, so I am very confused as to what happened to my daughter's phone line. All of a sudden it disapperaed from the app and she can't call or text. I called tech support and they can't find out what happened.
Please if anyone knows help!
Support is lacking. There are thousands with problems on Message+ or the new verison messenger app from the Windows Store.
It all happened around the end of July and no resolution yet. Took them a month to acknowedge there was a problem...
