No activity on Family Base activity log

We have had the Family Base app on our phones for 6 months without any problems until this past week.  Now only some text messages show on the activity.  So far today, there has been no activity.  I know this is not correct because I have been texting my son.  This is very frustrating.  We have not done anything different.  I know he is using the Verizon messaging app.  Could you please help get this fixed or advise of an app that will work as it should.  We are paying for this and would expect it to work, if not are you going to give us our money back?

I asked this same question 2.5 months ago and have yet to receive an answer despite private messaging a customer service rep.  I would also like to know why the app worked fine for a while and then one day quit.  I am still paying for the service which is completely unacceptable.

You do know that you can view the information online as well. The app is not the only way to access it.

I'm well aware that it can also be accessed on the computer.  FamilyBase (no matter which way I access it), shows absolutely no activity for my daughter's phone.  I'm paying $4.99 per month to be able to limit her data and nothing else.  That's fairly useless to me.

It is expected to have a great benefit of using FamilyBase to monitor things on a device, Dncnshu00. Let me help to bring the value of this feature out to be able to see the activity on your daughter's phone. When you added her line to FamilyBase, did you set it up to monitor the usage? FamilyBase is correctly monitoriting and limiting her data at this time but that is ALL it is doing.  I can no longer see call or text activity. Both of these features worked perfectly well for approximately 6 weeks before stopping suddenly. I have called Verizon. I was transferred, put on hold, and then the call got disconnected.
