Not Getting Text Notifications

I recently did a software update and ever since then I am not receiving text notifications. I have the Galaxy S6 and am using Message+. I can hear the notification when a text comes through, however the blinking light notification is not working. The only way I know I have a text is if I turn the screen on. I have checked all of the settings (LED indicator is on, Message+ app notifications is on, etc.) and everything indicates that I should be receiving the blinking light notifications. Please advise on how to fix this issue.

These notifications are definitely helpful and we want to figure out what may have happened. Is your Message+ application currently up to date? You can check within the Google Play Store.
