Not receiving MMS after switching to verizon

I transferred service to Verizon this week. Same number, upgraded iPhone from the 11 to the 14. Since then, I am not getting MMS verification texts from my employer (seems to be the only contact with an issue), thus rendering my accounts unable to be used. Their IT department says it is a carrier issue. I've troubleshot all of the device settings I can and nothing works. Any ideas?
