Not receiving Text Messages

I am not receiving text messages. I can send messages successfully.

FYI: My phone device is ONEPLUS 8T

I’m having the same issues. It started yesterday and a bunch came in at 12:55 AM and now today there are messages I’m not getting

This is an ongoing Verizon Message+ or Network problem,  message will show sending but never send or deliver.

I had used the the chat automated support option. it made me enable Airplane mode temporarily and then disable it. This resolved the issue.
