how do you see the numbers too and from. myverizon online account only says inbound or outbound

people say they can see the numbers to and from, how can I do this? its funny there is an online chat support for sales, but not actually for support. do I really have to try and call? there's no email to open a support ticket? Verizon Wireless is a HUGE corporation I am really surprised on their customer support.
