Could that information be stored in the APN?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Getting your messages to work is very important. I can certainly go over some details. Please note that using non-approved applications on your iPhone is not recommended. For more details about the compatible software, please reach out to Apple's support team. Details regarding internal IP addresses is not available.

Using a pac file is completely supported by apple and the apple support team is very helpful whenever i have a problem, i manage a company with thousands of supervised devices with a pac file set and i hope verizon can be helpful on this issue, otherwise i will be forced to switch to other providers

We certainly don't want to see you go Solutions. I understand that this is interfering with your text message. We will help as much as we can but this is beyond our scope of assistance. If you do bypass the traffic then your messages work therefore it is an issue with the software that is being added. Have you contacted Apple for support?
