The smart family app no longer allows me to sign in. When I open the app I get a welcome message that says continue or sign in. I enter my login information and it asks if I want to stay signed in for 30 days or no. Then it takes me to plan information so I can select a plan. After selecting the plan I’ve paid for for years, I accept the terms. It comes back with an error has occurred please try again later. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it doesn’t change anything.
