I am having several issues since the smart family app has updated.
1. I keep getting the message “your child’s device isn’t responding….” but shows paired on both parent and child’s phone. We have deleted and reinstalled but no luck.
2. Haven’t been able to see child’s web and data activity for 5 days now. It had been sporadic since the update but now nothing. We can see his location.
Have others had these issues? What is being done for a new update fixing the bugs? It’s very frustrating to pay for something that doesn’t work well.
