Smart Family and Wifi

I just installed the Smart Family Child App on my son's Iphone 5s and it immediately blocked his ability to use Wifi.  I went under settings and turned off the VPN and it worked instantly.  Will turning off the VPN effect the Smart Family function?

Knowing all the details about your features is important. With this, have you checked the lines setting on the parent application on your device? If not, please take a look and see if there is any change on the restrictions you've set previously. Let us know if there is a change or not!
