I use Smart Family without the companion application. My kids are pretty old and I don't need exact location , but like to see that they have arrived when traveling.. that type of thing.
Sometimes the location hasn't updated for hours or a day even though my kid is using the phone, it is definitely on, we can text or I can see they are online using other messaging appls.
So my question is why would Smart Family not see the phone? Is it about a wifi connection where they are? thanks
