Stop VZWPIX without Blocking the Person

Question

I work with an individual who is constantly sending her emails to  my texts via vzwpix. She sends very long, choppy, and hard to follow emails that translate even worse to texts. Unfortunately, I can not block her as I need to be able to communicate via email and phone calls. I have asked her to stop, but she refuses. Is there any way to stop receiving these? I would even be find with blocking all vzwpix messages. TIA

We are sorry to read that you've been having this issue, we'll be able to clarify. In this case, it wouldn't be possible to block just vzwpix messages, as they are all linked to that one sender's number. We apologize about the inconvenience.
