The text online page isn't loading. I've cleared my cache, Logged out of website & even restarted my computer. Why is the page not working or unable to load? Please Help!

I have cleared my cache as well and have restarted my computer several times. I tried a different browser. The page will not load. Please help!!

We have accessed that page from multiple systems and see that the website is working properly to for the Text Online portion of My Verizon web.vma.vzw.com
Typically, the best web browser to use for accessing our website is Internet Explorer. However, any additional Add-ons to the browser like pop-up blockers, AD blockers, or trackers can prevent the page from loading.
Please make sure no Add-ons are running while trying to access from Internet Explorer. Another option is to download the desktop app https://www.verizonwireless.com/solutions-and-services/apps/verizon-messages/

Text online is vital to me because I am a global traveller.
Verizon text online has NEVER worked properly in the 2 or so years it has been a "feature"
The phone app is a complete joke and has never been able to be activated in all this time.
Actually switching to ATT because of this unsolveable problem.
Have you seen all the issues people have with AT&T's online messaging?

Let's continue this thread. It's not working again. Was working yesterday, and today I get a spinning icon but no warnings. Same deal. Cleared the cache and all. Don't direct me to the desktop app, it doesn't exist.

Yep, not working for me either. Tried multiple browsers, etc. Just hangs up with the little circles running across the screen. Have disabled adblocker, etc.
Mine is not working either. It has been on and off for months. Yesterday I was able to use it efficiently a few times. Today, not so much. I have contacted Verizon customer care a few times with no results. It used to work just fine. But the past couple months have been here and there
Yeah. Mine is not working either... I use this for my job daily and super important right now.
Same here. It's been very difficult to use for the past few months doing things like not updating if the message was sent, not loading recent messages but instead showing messages from certain dates in the recent past and sometimes not sending messages at all. Each time I would refresh the page to get things updated, it would prompt me to login again.
But yeah, as of today, the message portion of the page won't load. It will only continue to show the 3 circles loading bar.
No idea why they can’t get this simplistic service working properly. It’s a differentiator for Verizon yet they just continue to ignore the issues with it. So crazy.
One thing to check is the “TLS” settings in your browser (if using Internet Explorer, select the “cog” icon, Internet options, Advanced Tab, scroll down and put a check box at “Use TLS 1.0”). The steps will vary if you are using Chrome...Edge, etc... but somehow get into your browser settings and search for “TLS”. If you’re on a work computer this gets reset often... so check it often. After setting close the browser, reopen, login... Hope this helps!
I have that TLS checked on for each of my browsers. Seems that the problem is elsewhere.

Working fine for me using Chrome on my Windows 10 desktop. Might be a user account/Message+ server issue.

Common problem that occurs on and off and it hasn't worked for me for the last 2 days. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. Benn that way for years. All Verizon is good for is constantly reminding you when your bill is do through texts and e-mails, even when you still have plenty of time to pay.

Apparently, when Operating Systems receive updates, they break applications running on them. This appears to what might be happening with the Verizon Messaging system. Describe your issue in an email to the Verizon Messaging Team at verizonmessages at verizonwireless dot com. The more notifications they get the better chance of a fix.

This has been a problem with vtext.com for years. They have never been able to solve. Sometimes it loads, other times it doesn't load. Clearing cache doesn't work, changing browsers doesn't work. It's like a system outage that they are unable to resolve.
