Trade In & Trade Up

Question

I bought two Iphone 6s' from Verizon.  I thought the Trade In and Trade Up program would allow both my wife and I to get separate codes to trade in our Iphone 5s'.  We only received one code which means we only get the $300 deal for one of the phones.  Is this correct?

Each phone has its own value and tracking number and code.  You should verify with Verizon before acting.
