We seem to be having cellular only connections with a third party application called UKG Workforce Central. It's a time and attendance mobile application to connects to our internal servers. The application works when the users phone is connected to wi-fi but they get timed-out when on a cellular connection. We verified that this happens only on Verizon. The other carriers do not have this issue. Could Verizon be filtering/blocking the application when on cell service? We have also done the basic troubleshooting. Uninstalling the reinstalling the app. Power resets, network resets, etc. Thank you
