Yes, it's down for me, too. It keeps redirecting me to the home page and logging me out.
Same for me. I have been trying for hours and it's extremely frustrating because I use this feature for work purposes.
It's not working for me either, at this time. I'm located in SE WI and its approx 11:15 currently.
