Verizon Message+ not working on PC or webiste

Keep getting a blank screen on any browser type and web client. Any why this is happening?

Getting the same thing on both Edge and Firefox today, was working this morning and now just a blank screen

Text online isn't working for me either. I tried Chrome and Edge in a regular window and an incognito window with no luck. This is a screenshot of the Chrome Console by hitting F12. Lots of errors on the page.

The issue was fixed sometime Wednesday afternoon and is still working today.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...

I am having the same problem since yesterday morning. Tried 2x last night to chat with a rep and got no help. Thinking of switching carriers.

calls need to be made because the reps here from verizon only repeat our questions and say sorry we are having trouble please describe again.... grrr hamster wheel here

I got through. Apparently a developer issue and they were notified twice. However, that can take up to 24-48hrs. I tried 2 different times and told them I will switch carriers if this cannot be fixed. Hopefully a solution soon

Appears to be back up and running on Edge around 3:30EST today finally
