Verizon Message text messages disappearing online but still on my phone.

HI,

I recently switched to Verizon Message+ from Textra on my S9. I use Message+ on my iPad, and on the desktop application on my computer. Unfortunately, my messages online on the iPad, the computer app, and when I log into Verizon Messages on the web disapeared.

I still have them on my phone using Message+, but they are nowhere else. I’ve not seen an option for restoring messages on the iPad app, the windows app, or online. Any advice?

I understand the importance of keeping your messages across all your device. Let's get this figured out. Are these sent messages on all message? Are new messages being delivered to all the device (iPad and online)? Can you disconnect and reconnect those devices? Go to Message+> Menu> Settings. Remove the devices and reconnect them.
