Is there something wrong with the Verizon Smart Family platform? When trying to make changes to the time restrictions for a device, I get "An error occurred. We're having technical problems. Please try again later.
When trying to access the service from a PC via the Verizon Smart Family web site (My Verizon - Smart Family) I get "Service not available, Please try after sometime."
This is causing some major problems with out devices right now...
