Verizon message+ computer

Hello;

I started using message+ on computer/windows, after syncing not all contacts have names, some are still numbers, while if I login to the web based messaging that same text message has the correct name, so why the app isn't picking up all the names?

We want to make sure your Message Plus app is working and I know that it’s a lot easier to check a message when we know who it’s from. I can help provide some info regarding the Message Plus Windows PC app that you are using.
