Verizon page showing "502 Bad Gateway" error when trying to link to NBCsports app

I am trying to access the NBCsports app using the nbcsports.com/roku link, but when I enter the activation code and login to Verizon, I get a "502 Bad Gateway" error. I have tried using my cellphone and my laptop to connect to Verizon, but I always get this error. Has anyone else seen this??

Is there another way to connect the nbcsports app to Verizon?

Please HELP!!!!
