I have been trying to redeem my Verizon gift card that I received in my email. I have called several time and i continue to get shuffled around with no REAL help> unbelievable that no one can help. I was told to call 1800 876-4141 and I still am unable to get REAL help I don’t know what to do and I would like to pay my bill with the gift card. I no longer fee valued by Verizon and i am sad that customer service that used to be awesome as gone down hill.
If anyone can help that would be great

I'm having the same problem. The E-Card won't work and customer service has been no help so far.
