Voice messaging

I want to completely disable VOICE messaging to my phone and notify callers to use text messaging, email, or call later.

Is this possible? If so, how?

First step would be to create your voicemail greeting to state what you are wanting callers to do, including that you don't use voicemail and may not listen to it.  Have you done that?
