Volume on Visual Voice Mail

Last Week Ive UPGRADED to the 5.0 Software

I had to Re Install VZ Navigator & Other Applications

I activated VISUAL VOICE MAIL. When I Got a Message I Could NOT HEAR it too Well? :smileysurprised: So i had to Dial the *86 Voice Mail?

Before the Upgrade I was able to Hear My Messages Thru VISUAL VOICE MAIL. Loud & Clear !!!!

What can Be Done to Fix this? :smileyindifferent:

Same problem here. Upgraded my and my wife's phone Saturday to Storm 2s. New BlackBerry users. Everything's great, except volume on Visual Voice Mail is HORRIBLE, and, yes, the volume is cranked up all the way. Phone conversation is good. Anybody got any ideas?

The Verizon Support told Me to

Click Blackberry Menu Button

Activate Speaker

I knew that but Never had to before

Tried it, and it's OK thru the speaker, but why should one have to do that? I'd like to not necessarily have to let the whole world listen to my voice mails. There should be adequate volume through the handset speaker.
