Vtext will not work from my work email

I cannot send a vtext message to my phone from my work email(cell#@vtext.com or cell#@vzwpix.com). I am the system administrator for our work email systems. Is anyone else experiencing this? I get a message: "552 5.2.0 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx blocked AUP#BL". Where the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the public IP address for the work email server. Are there any workarounds or recent changes?
