If it is what I think it is, it is/was the old Verizon Wireless Pixplace. Verizon Wireless used to offer a service years ago where users could upload pictures for archiving/sharing. This was back when most people had feature phones as opposed to smart phones. The service was discontinued a while back, but, the functionality continues with Verizon's Cloud service and other Cloud providers.
