So I had to recently block a number. What does this person see when he tries to text me? Is there a message of some sort? And what does the message say when this person tries to call me? THANKS!
Callers you have blocked will hear "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. The number you are trying to reach has calling restrictions which have prevented the completion of your call."
People attempting to text to your number will get a notification that delivery failed for the message they tried to send. And Minnie was correct about the message they will hear when trying to call.
